AMPM Projects successfully completed a reconstruction project to transform an existing building into a state-of-the-art multi-use facility. The new facility features an exclusive-use gym, a social and sports clubhouse, and a 100-person capacity hall. Overlooking an astroturf football pitch, this building is a valuable addition to the public amenities of a residential development. To enhance the aesthetic appeal of the building, two bold steel arches were added to the eastern façade.
